Reclaimed Wood Dining Room Tables

(4 products)

At Upstate Amish Furniture Gallery, we offer a selection of reclaimed dining room tables. Our Amish woodworkers craft these pieces entirely from reclaimed barn wood. This solid wood has warmth, character, and history collected from years of observing American farm life.

Purchasing a reclaimed timber dining table is an eco friendly choice. This act not only saves antique wood, but diverts waste from our countries landfills. Choosing to repurpose this storied lumber also prevents chopping down more trees to create new furniture.

Besides not contributing to landfill waste and deforestation, Amish furniture is generally more environmentally conscious. This is because we use natural finishes and sustainably sourced lumber. Handcrafting items with minimal electricity is also much more eco friendly than factories that mass produce items.

All our items are also heirloom quality. Because of extreme durability, each piece will last for generations. This reduces the landfill waste of replacing furniture that doesn't last.

In this blog, read about our reclaimed dining tables, dining chairs, and buffets. If any of these ideas stand out to you, please contact us through our website or call us. Or, come visit us at our store in Seneca, SC and see reclaimed wood pieces in person.

Reclaimed Wood Dining Tables

Our Empire Rustic Reclaimed Dining Table is an excellent option for those seeking an environmentally conscious table with character. It features a double pedestal base connected by a strong wooden beam. This style is available entirely in the natural varying shades of brown of the barn wood or with a white base.

You can purchase a solid wood table top with planks that run lengthwise down the table. Or, you can choose the extendable dining table option. This includes self storing leaves that fit in the middle of the table. The planks will run widthwise for a seamless transition.

Another great option is our Timberland Reclaimed Wood Farmhouse Dining Table. This style is a take on the classic Amish Mission style, but without the parallel slats. Wide, sturdy table legs support this heavy solid wood dining table top. This style is particularly durable.

A more decorative choice is the Belmont style. This dining table of reclaimed wood is more delicate and ornate than the previous options. The Belmont style features turned legs that taper and sanded edges on the table top.

Belmont Reclaimed Wood Table, Chairs, and Dining Bench

Matching Reclaimed Dining Table Chairs

Our Silverton chair pairs well with any of our reclaimed wood tables. It features clean lines and a curved back with two shaker style legs. Available with or without arms, we suggest arms at the heads of the table and no arms at the sides.

Our Timberland chair compliments our Timberland dining table perfectly. Similar to the Silverton, it has a curved back and two shaker style legs. Instead of a modern, clean appearance, the Timberland is more classic Mission style.

Timberland Reclaimed Wood Dining Table and Chairs

Both styles are available in the Provincial stain, or in a mix of Provincial and Coastal White. If you purchase a reclaimed wood expandable dining table, make sure to order enough chairs for the extended length. Also be sure you have a place to store the extra chairs when they aren't in use.

Another option is the Belmont Reclaimed Wood Dining Chair. This choice goes well with the Belmont table. It features a curved ladder back style and is also available with or without arms.

The Belmont Dining Bench is an excellent choice paired with the Belmont table and chairs. It features the same turned legs and sanded edges as the table for a consistent style. This combination would make a unique, rustic kitchen table set.

Reclaimed Rustic Dining Room Buffets

Bring your dining furniture set together with a consistent rustic theme. We offer two styles of buffets in reclaimed wood. Both are unique in style, function, and appearance.

Our Timberland Reclaimed Wood Buffet looks excellent in the Provincial stain. It features three columns of a cabinet door beneath a drawer. The natural, dramatic differences in wood color and grain stand out because of the simple design. It measures 60 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 36 inches tall.

Our Belmont Buffet perfectly matches the rest of the Belmont set. The solid wood top features the Provincial stain, while the rest of the piece is white wood. This design displays two doors on either side with three drawers down the middle. Unlike the Timberland, this piece is perfectly symmetrical.

Belmont Reclaimed White & Wood Buffet

It also features the turned legs and sanded table top edges consistent with the Belmont style. Slightly taller than the Timberland, it measures 60 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 40 inches tall. Both options provide ideal storage space for dinnerware.

Custom Size Reclaimed Oak Dining Tables

Besides the styles listed, we have completed a fair number of custom orders for reclaimed wood. Most items we sell are available for purchase in reclaimed wood, but not all. We can adjust dimensions, details like handles, and more.

Or, we can work with you to create a custom piece completely unique to your space. Visit our store in Seneca, South Carolina to see how reclaimed wood looks in person. It has a unique appearance with dramatic differences in patterns and shades of color.
