Solid Wood Farmhouse Dining Table Collection

(177 products)

At Upstate Amish, we offer a variety of heirloom quality farmhouse style dining room tables. Each is solid domestic hardwood with no veneers or laminates. Amish craftsmanship allows customers a rare level of customization.

For every table and chair, choose the wood species, stain color, style, and size. Available wood options are: maple, cherry, hickory, red oak, white oak, quarter sawn white oak, birch, elm, and walnut. Each species has a variety of stain colors to choose from. We also offer color matching to your existing dining room furniture for a cohesive set.

Most of our dining table styles extend from the center. In this case, the wood grain will run widthwise across the table. This ensures easy, seamless transition with self-storing leaves. Order a solid top and the grain will run lengthwise down the table.

Every piece of furniture is handmade by expert Amish woodworkers in Ohio. This is why we offer fully customizable furniture, unlike mass produced alternatives. Don't settle for less than perfect when you choose Upstate Amish.

Modern Farmhouse Dining Table and Chairs Sets

Quite a few of our wooden dining tables have the charm of a farmhouse look with a sleeker, modern touch. We achieve this by combining simple, functional design with warm wood tones and natural finish.

Modern Farm Leg

Our Modern Farm Leg Table is a great example of this. We recommend rustic hickory or maple wood with our Honey Cider stain for a warm, inviting feel. This style features the classic farmhouse turned legs but in a sleeker, thinner shape for a contemporary look.

Our mid century Laker chairs are an excellent addition to this solid wood dining table. This pair features attractive contrast between the rounded curves and rings of the table and the clean lines of the chairs.

Add the Laker Buffet to complete the dining set. Choosing upholstered chairs for the ends of the table makes the set a bit more sophisticated and formal. If this is the goal, we recommend our natural rustic walnut wood.

Camden Shaker

Another excellent option for a modern farmhouse dining room table is our Camden Shaker style. This table features classic Shaker style tapered legs that are rather slender for a contemporary look. The sanded edges subtly add rugged, rustic detail.

This farmhouse table looks great in hickory wood with a Cocoa Light stain paired with our white Kinglet chairs. A great way to achieve a farmhouse kitchen table look is to pair a natural wood table with two toned chairs. Have the seat of the chair match the wood of the table, and then choose white paint for the rest.

The Camden Shaker, like many of our round tables, is also available as a pub table at counter height.

Eclipse

The metal double pedestal base of the Eclipse table makes it an excellent rustic farmhouse dining table. The dramatic curves are thin yet strong for a sleek, modern look. We recommend hickory wood in Cocoa Light stain or natural walnut wood.

The Eagle dining chairs pair well with this table. They feature matching metal details along the chair backs for a cohesive country look.

Astoria

This table design is incredibly unique in an uncommon form of mid century style. Unlike traditional tables, the legs of the Astoria table taper slightly and angle out and away from the center. The legs are clean and straight and contrast well with the rounded tabletop.

This style appears simple and delicate for a fresh, airy look. Add any of our mid century chairs to complete your modern farmhouse dining table set.

Auburn

The Auburn farmhouse dining table features a double pedestal base with a connecting metal pipe detail. The worn corners and metal contrast against the natural wood provide a rustic, rugged aesthetic.

Our Auburn dining bench perfectly matches the table for a non traditional seating option. Or, our Western High Back dining chairs look excellent with this table as well. A mix of quarter sawn white oak and painted white maple wood work well for a farmhouse feel.

This style is a take on our classic Farmhouse Trestle table, but is less bulky. The sleeker design of the Auburn table makes it perfect for a contemporary farmhouse interior design plan.

Traditional Rustic Farmhouse Dining Room Tables

Our traditional rustic tables are generally bulkier and more sturdy looking than the modern styles. We recommend deep yet warm wood tones for these dining room sets.

Farmhouse Trestle

Our Farmhouse Trestle dining table set is an excellent option for a classic rustic look. A large, solid wood beam connects the double pedestal base for a strong, durable look. The classic Western High Back and Arlington chairs pair well with this style.

Timberland

The Timberland style is one our favorite options for a rustic farmhouse dining table set for 6. This table and the matching Silverton chairs feature reclaimed barn wood. The history and aged imperfections in the wood add charm and character to any dining room.

Not only does this wood add an antique rustic touch, but it is eco friendly as well. Repurposing vintage barn wood helps reduce waste heading toward landfills. It also avoids using chopping down trees for new materials.

Arcadia

The Arcadia style somewhat resembles the Modern Farm Leg table. However, the turned legs are much thicker for a sturdy, rustic look. The ring pattern of the legs is also slightly less ornate for a more simple look.

This style looks excellent in rustic white oak with a Cocoa Light tabletop and Coastal White legs. Our Arlington chairs with a curved top pair well with this table.

Round Farmhouse Dining Table Sets

Round tables are and excellent choice for a casual, comfortable farmhouse feel. They appear less formal than rectangular tables because there are no traditional heads of the table.

Farmhouse Round and Newport

These two styles are fairly similar with a key difference. The Farmhouse round dining table features a pedestal base that angles out in four directions. Diagonal beams connect to the pedestal base and match beams that support the tabletop.

This style has a thick and sturdy solid wood base for a rugged, rustic look. The Newport style features the same design, but the base is much sleeker for a more modern, delicate look. Our Brook X Back chairs look excellent with the contemporary Newport style. We recommend Arlington or Western High Back chairs for the Farmhouse Round style.

Alberta

The Alberta round table also features an X shaped pedestal base. Instead of diagonal beams, this style features four thick pillars that connect through a central cross design. Since the base is wide and sturdy, this is our only style that can support a 72 inch diameter tabletop. Add an 18 inch extension leaf to seat up to 12 people.

Our Kowan and Oregon solid wood chairs pair well with the Alberta table. For a more formal look, we recommend the Emerson upholstered dining chairs.

Ellington

Our Ellington style is a traditional round farmhouse dining table featuring a pedestal base. The ringed, rounded base features four small, elegantly curved legs. Add a 12 inch extension leaf to increase seating capacity and make this style an oval farmhouse dining table.

Our traditional High Bent Paddle and Fostoria chair styles pair well with the Ellington table.
