What is our shipping or delivery policy?
We can ship anywhere in the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Our delivery team carries the furniture into your home or outdoor area as part of the service. Please note: our delivery team will not install porch swings. We custom make each furniture order in Ohio, this typically takes 8-12 weeks to deliver to your home.
Delivery times may be a little sooner in areas close to Ohio and Seneca, South Carolina. Our team in Ohio will reach out about two weeks before delivery to schedule.
We are intentional about packaging our furniture for transit. However, if any damages happen, we will replace your furniture at no cost to you.
