In and around our location in Ohio and in Seneca, South Carolina, all deliveries are done directly from the team in Berlin, Ohio. The UAFG delivery teams will carefully load your furniture at our warehouse in Ohio and deliver directly to your home. This includes delivery to parts of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan.

All of our furniture is available for delivery in the anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery always includes bringing the furniture into your home and completely setting up any items requiring assembly.

What is the cost for delivery?

Currently, we are offering a flat rate $199 delivery for all furniture, (does not include murphy beds or outdoor furniture) no matter where in the contiguous United States you live. No minimum order!

How Long Will It Take to Have the Furniture Delivered?

The delivery timing varies based on your location and the items purchased. Contact us for more information about lead times for specific locations.

How is the Delivery Process handled?

Our furniture is made to order in Ohio. As we come close to completion of building the furniture, our team in Ohio will contact you to schedule a delivery date. This is usually done approximately 2 weeks in advance. JR Hershberger will be our scheduling contact in Berlin. He will touch base via text to setup the delivery date. Text back or call him with any delivery questions or scheduling concerns you may have.

What if the Furniture is Damaged during Delivery?

Anything that is damaged during delivery will be replaced with a new item. The replacement items will be delivered as soon as possible at no cost to you.

When is Final Payment Due?

Final payment for all furniture is due at the time of delivery. The delivery team will accept payment in cash, check, or major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
